Training Fee (Ohio) - $1500.00 per day

Training Fee (Out of State) - $1750.00 per day

plus airfare or $ .40 per mile

Hourly Consulting Fee - $100.00

Registration Fee - $4.00 per registrant

Registration Fee (profit making) - $7.00 per registrant

Diploma Fee - $3.50 per registrant

Diploma Site License - $150 per facility

Trainer or Trainee Manual - $10.00 each + shipping
